Overlake Hospital hosts STRESS RELIEF CLASS

To be held March 3 and March 11, 2010 , Paccar Center, 7-8:30pm.

In this class, I will introduce you to techniques for using your breath, movement and awareness to access  your capacity for relaxation and clarity. These are powerful tools for achieving greater physical health and emotional balance.
