Whether a thought, image or sound, our awareness and the feelings around that have an edge. Edges announce the arrival...the edge is an entry point. Edges are a meaningful place of transition.
How often do you have some glimpse of noticing...a thought, image, sound or feeling that you choose to ignore or deny? How might it be to take pause and notict it instead?
When we are struggling with some aspect of life, we can often find meaningful guidance by taking pause and examining the edges of whatever comes to our attention.
Often, the edges are found in our discomfort...and this discomfort is an invitation to move into transition.
