NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENTS
Your first two visits provide reflexology and allow us to chart a course for meeting your health goals.
Your very first visit is essentially an information gathering time--I will listen to you and your feet to understand with clarity how I may best assist you. Please allow up to 1.5 hours for this first visit. Your reflexology session will comprise about an hour of that time, and the balance of the session provides us opportunity for dialog.
On your follow-up visit, answer any questions you have at that time. I'll also review what your feet had to tell me; what frequency and duration of care is indicated; what it will cost you; and what you can expect to gain from care here.
CONTINUING CLIENT APPOINTMENTS
Our feet are a pivotal aspect of well being. The nervous, lymphatic, circulatory and energetic systems can all be stimulated through the feet. In addition to our own patterns of defensive holding that can be found in the feet, modern surfaces and shoes tend to impose limitations on movement and flexibility.
Any choice that supports you in bringing your system to a relaxed/healing state, such as reflexology, is a great support for your overall health. Regular reflexology sessions with an emphasis on awareness practices serves to ever deepen your capacity for self care.
Choosing to continue reflexology sessions on a monthly basis is excellent support for maintaining a healthy balance.
SESSION DURATION
A one-hour reflexology session is typical and will provide approximately 50 minutes at your feet. Your reflexology session typically activates internal processes that may continue to unfold over a 24-hour period. If you receive reflexology more frequently than 2x/week, I believe it is good to have more brief sessions so that your body has capacity to do the work of detoxifying and healing with ease.
